1. Select Your Property
Select your property from our available listings located HERE.
Click the Land Purchase Deposit link in the Buy Now section.
Complete the $49.95 deposit and reserve your property for purchase. The deposit will be deducted from purchase price at closing.

2. Fill Out Information
You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of completing the deposit requesting information needed to complete the paperwork for purchase.
Reply ASAP with the requested info!
3. Sign Paperwork
Once we receive the requested info, we will prepare the paperwork and send it to you via email .
Cash Purchases: a Purchase Agreement will be sent to you to e-sign.
Seller Financing Purchases: a Purchase Agreement and a Promissory Note will be sent to you to e-sign.
Review and sign the documents ASAP!
4. Pay
Cash Purchases: an earnest money deposit will be due at signing of the Purchase Agreement and closing will be facilitated by a title company. The deposit will be credited to the purchase price at closing.
Seller Financing Purchases: a down payment will be due at signing of the Purchase Agreement and Promissory Note.
5. Closing
Cash Purchases: the title company will schedule the closing and send a remote notary to you if needed. They will record the Warranty Deed with the county clerk and deliver it to you.
Seller Financing Purchases: we will send you the Deed of Trust to sign and notarize. Once we receive the notarized documents back from you, we will record with the county clerk and pay the recording fees. Once the note has been paid in full, a Warranty Deed will be delivered to you.
